More about Yoga Bliss

Hi! My name is Tessa. I created Yoga Bliss to be a place dedicated to fostering wellness through yoga, workshops, and retreats. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Canadian Yoga Alliance (YRT200) and have a Masters in Arts in Counselling Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. I have been a practicing therapist for several years and expanded my wellness service offering into the yoga realm after my own personal experiences witnessing the power and benefit of yoga on wellness. Join me at a workshop, retreat or yoga class to spend time connecting to breath and leave with bliss!
